How to create a sale invoice

Select Sales

  • From the left-hand menu select Sales.
  • Select + New Invoices.
  • + Invoice button

    Add customer & invoice data

  • Choose the name of the customer or create a new one. Note: If the customer is currently not set up in Moneypex, select Add a new customer.
  • Enter all sales information needed to complete the sales invoice.
  • New customer info while creating new invoice

    Save

  • Select Save and Approve and your Invoice ready for email.
  • click save and approve after adding invoice details
