Insert yourBank Feeds or Online Banking is one of the most useful and time saving feature of Moneypex.
Once you connect your Bank Accounts to Moneypex it will automatically download your recent transaction. Moneypex will automatically categorise all transaction and all you need is approve them. This will save you time from manual data entry.

To connect an online Bank Account, follow the following steps.

Select BANK

From the left-hand menu select BANK

Select + Bank

Click Connect

Fill all the relevant information and save.

Select Connect, and select your bank from the provided list. Add your credentials and allow access to Moneypex.

How to upload Bank Transactions in Moneypex

If you have not connected your bank you can upload transactions manually or through CSV file.

From the left-hand menu select BANK

If you have already added bank details you will see all bank accounts and credit cards on this screen

Select Reconcile

Select + Chose File, make sure you download Sample file according to your bank transaction format.

Once you add figures in your csv file select Upload and you will see all your transactions in Moneypex.

Select the file you want to upload

Make sure all transactions uploaded successfully. If any transaction is missing you can add it manually by selecting Account Transactions.

How to match Bank Transactions in Moneypex

If you have connected the online bank account or uploaded CSV in Moneypex it will automatically finds the transactions and highlight it in Green Colour.

On the right-hand side under the Manage tab select (…)
Select Match Record. It will show you all the transactions which matches with the records. Select the transaction and press ok.
You can view all the matched transactions.
